HERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS FOR ONE SERVE

  • 120 gms of your of your favourite yoghurt, you can add different dried fruits and spices if you use plain yoghurt
  • 2.5 gms of Powdered gelatine dissolved in cold water, allow to bloom and then heat for a few seconds in the microwave until dissolve
  • 1 dariole mould
  • Little oil to rub around the mould to stop it from sticking

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together and place in clear disposable cup

2. Set in fridge for 1-2 hours

Tips

  • Cooling the gelatine before adding it to the other ingredients is not essential but may reduce the setting time.
  • Tip out of the mould and onto a plate, Crushed nuts can be placed on top
  • Fruit coulis or honey can be folded through to create a swirl effect and to create different colours.
  • Cover the pannacotta to prevent it from forming a skin.
  • This will easily store in the fridge for up to three days.
